At Boston Legacy FC, we stand by the quality of our gear and want every supporter to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your official kit or apparel, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
